Yellow Belt (8th kyu)

Yellow Belt (8th kyu)

All your hard work has paid off and you now have a new coloured belt to show for it. You are no longer the new karateka in the dojo and you line up infront of the white belts. At 8th kyu, your focus should be on starting to incorporate the use of your hips and kime when executing movements between the basic stances, punches, kicks, and blocks that are used in karate.
